• Vegetables

Vegetables are raised in rich soil that is alive with beneficial bugs, worms and micro-organisms. We do not use synthetic pesticides, herbicides and fungicides on our plants as well as we do not use synthetic fertilizers on our soil. We occasionally use organic chemicals to help if pests or disease become a problem for a particular crop and it is at risk of complete loss. This happens mostly before the fruit has set. Feel free to ask me if something has been sprayed, I wont take any offense:) We practice good farming by rotating crops, companion planting and integrating animals into the gardens. We also get creative with planting flowers that attract beneficial insects and pollinators, releasing beneficial insects and setting traps to eliminate the problem bugs.

  • Pork

Organic grown, pigs are raised on 3 acres of woods and pasture.

The flavor and nutritional profile are more dynamic than conventionally raised pork. Being richer in both taste and micro-nutrients. Their feed is a non-gmo, soy-free ration that has a wonderful mix of vitamins and minerals to make sure they get all the micro-nutrients to stay healthy and grow properly. Their simply is no better pork.

  • Adaugeo Farms Beef

    100% Grass Fed Beef

Beef is most nutritious for us when the cattle it comes from are healthy.  Cattle are healthiest when they are raised in the right environment.  We do everything we can to make our cattle's environment holistic and natural.  We do not use medications like antibiotics and hormones. We also do not use grains (except maybe to lure them onto the livestock trailer 😉).  We do offer our cows a lovely selection of grasses, a variety of natural minerals, and deep well water.  Taste the difference.

  • O'Neill Family Farm Lamb

We’ve been harnessing sun, water, milk, and grass into lamb, beef, and eggs as a family for twenty-five years and plan to do so for many more to come. We practice perennial, never-tilled pasture grazing to reduce atmospheric carbon and sequester it as soil organic matter and improve water cycling and infiltration, reducing runoff and soil erosion.

We rotationally graze sheep, goats, and cattle in southeast Minnesota’s Driftless Region. We lamb, kid, and calve in the spring. We sell our lamb and beef directly to consumers and via several Minnesota farmer’s markets, food co-ops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Employees and customers support an agri-culture which converts sun, water, milk, and grass into lamb and beef (real plant-based protein) to sustain our planet and communities. We believe in voting with our food dollars to achieve healthier soil and cleaner air and water.
