We raise premium heritage breed pigs in a 1 1/2 acre wooded lot. The flavor and nutritional profile are more dynamic than conventionally raised pork. Being richer in both taste and micro-nutrients. Their feed is a non-gmo, soy-free ration that has a wonderful mix of vitamins and minerals to make sure they get all the micro-nutrients to stay healthy and grow properly. Their simply is no better pork.

Pork will be ready for pick up in early November 2024. You will get a message from us when we have your processing date set.

Pork is pre-ordered in a 1/2 or whole hog quantity. Customers are charged by the pound of hanging weight and will pick finished meat up directly from the meat processor. The hanging weight for whole hog is usually between 200 and 220 lbs.

Take home weight is usually roughly 65% of the hanging weight.

$4.50 / lb hanging weight

Processing costs are separate and paid directly to the processor upon pick up. Costs vary by processor.

Customers will be emailed the week before their pig goes in for processing with information about who to call or how to give your cutting order.
